Olympians Swimming's Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Policy encourages Participants, which includes all members, staff, and individuals involved with the organization, to resolve disputes amicably through negotiation, facilitation, or mediation. This policy outlines the process for ADR, highlighting the roles of mediators and facilitators in guiding parties towards a mutually acceptable resolution . It emphasizes that settlements reached through ADR are binding and not subject to appeals. If a resolution isn't reached through ADR, the dispute will be addressed through the organization's Discipline and Complaints Policy or Appeal Policy.
