Format:
Heats & Finals (A finals only) for all events with exclusion to the 400 IM, 400 Free and 1500 Free being “Timed Finals”.
Eligibility:
All swimmers must be registered with Swim BC / Swimming Canada (or WA-recognized organization).
All swimmers must meet Divisional Qualifying Time Standards

Max Entries are 8, Below is how "Bonus Entries" work.
Swimmers with Provincial times are De-Qualified from the event and that event if swum in a relay.
Relays:
**All Swam at the End of Finals**
Friday: 4x50 Medley Relay
Saturday: 4x50 Free Relay
Sunday: 4x100 Mixed Medley Relay

Cost:
Individual Swimmer Fee: $95
Swim BC Fee: $5
Relay Charge: $10 per Swimmer.
Volunteer Expectations:
Volunteer Commitment Fee (Olympians Hosted Meets): When Olympians Swimming hosts a swim competition (excluding PASS Meets and All-Squad Meets), a Volunteer Commitment Fee is assessed per registered swimmer participating in the meet. This fee encourages and supports the essential family participation required to successfully run our events by providing an incentive to volunteer.
Championship Meets (Divisional, Provincial, or National): A $75.00 fee will be assessed per participating swimmer. Families can earn back the full $75.00 by working three (3) volunteer sessions ($25.00 earned per session worked) at the competition.
Please note that when the Volunteer Commitment Fee is applied, Olympians will waive the $20.00 per swimmer, per day Coaching Fee.
Supporting our hosted meets through volunteering is vital for the success of our competitions. We continue to support and encourage volunteerism through initiatives such as Officials Development Programs, volunteer recognition events, and volunteer prize draws at select meets.
Volunteer Prize Draws: At designated Olympians hosted competitions (excluding PASS / All-Squad Meets), volunteers who work eligible sessions will be entered into random prize draws. Prizes may include:
Grand Prize: Waiver of One Month's Program Fee
Second & Third Prizes: Waiver of Meet Entry Fees for a specified competition.
