As this is a high level Trials Competition - Swimmers & Families are encouraged to plan travel and accommodation to allow for the adequate preparation time prior to their competition events. Pre Event Training is Thursday July 2 to Saturday July 4 from 8:00-12:00pm and 4:00-8:00pm.
Coaches will travel the morning of July 2.

Trials is a selection meet for:
- 2026 Pan Pacific Championships
- 2026 Junior Pan Pacific Championships
- 2026 Para Pan Pacific Championships
Pre event training is:
- Thursday July 2nd (8am - 12pm & 4-8 pm)
- Friday July 3rd (8am - 12pm & 4-8 pm)
- Saturday July 4th (8am - 12pm & 4-8 pm)
Proof of Times Individual Events:
- All entries will be proven via the on-line entry system.
- results must be from no later than Sept 1, 2024.
- For Any times achieved outside of Canada (International Meet Results)
- Swimmers with these international times are responsible for providing their coach with:
- Name of Meet
- Start & End Date
- Course (must be lcm)
- Sanction #
- Host Country
- City / Prov / State
- Host Club
- Meet Result File (Hytek, Splash, Lenex etc)
Entry Fees & Information:
- On Time Entry Fee: $160 CAD per Swimmer
- Entry Fee after the Entry Deadline**: $210 CAD per Swimmer Change Fee:
- $100 CAD per change or correction
- Foreign Coaches/Support Staff: $125 CAD Late Support Staff or Coach Entry Fee: $100.00 CAD

Time Standards:
- Qualifying times must meet the standards below.
- A competitor’s age is determined by their year of birth i.e., age as of December 31, 2026.
- For qualifying purposes, the Junior age group is for swimmers born 2008 to 2013.
- For selection purposes, the age of eligibility for the 2026 JR Pan Pacific Championships will be 13 18 years on 31 December 2026 (2008-2013) for both Female and Male swimmers.
- USPORT "Canadian Way" Qualification process can be located within the link in the meet package.
- There are NO Bonus Swims
- There is no limit on the number of individual qualified event entries allowed.

Time Trials:
- The form will open on Thursday, June 25th at 12:00pm EDT.
- Starting then coaches can submit their Time Trial entries.
- Entries will close at 9:00am the day of the time trial events.
- After entries close, any swimmer that no-shows for their Time Trials event will be fined in accordance to Swimming Canada rule SNC 3.4.
- Swimming Canada reserves the right to cancel or adjust Time Trials event based on session length.
- It is important to submit time trial entries immediately as they filled up last year.
