Host: Canadian Dolphin Swim Club (CDSC)
Dates: January 16-18, 2026
Location: Vancouver Aquatic Centre, 1050 Beach Avenue, Vancouver, BC V6E 1T7
Course: Short Course Meters (SCM), 8 X 25m pool.
Format: Timed Finals, Fast to Slow seeding, starts from blocks with dive-overs.
Eligibility: 200 IM QT of 3:45 required.
Event Limits: Max 2 individual events per session + relays. Session 1: 1 individual event only. Distance events (800 FR, 1500 FR) require positive check-in, limited to 7 heats (800 FR) and 5 heats (1500 FR). 400 Free/IM limited to 5 heats/gender + next fastest 16 swimmers.
Relays: Mixed (2 boys, 2 girls) in 12&U, 13-14, 15&O.
Cost: Individual Event Fee: $12.00; Swim BC $5; Coaching Fee $20 per Day; Relay Charge $10 per Swimmer.
Volunteer Expectations: Olympians Swimming must supply 1 Stroke & Turn Judge and 2 timers per session. Volunteer call closer to date.
Warm-up Protocol: Main tank 30-min session. East tank always open (except breaks). No diving in East/West pools outside dive lanes. Dive lanes (1, 4, 5, 8) open last 10 mins of 30-min block; swim back lanes in 2, 3, 6, 7.

Important Notes: Limited paid parking (EasyPark Lot 63). No parking/drop-off in Handicap zone. Deck changes prohibited. No swimmers on deck between sessions. Safe Sport policies in effect.
