For swimmers at the Gold level who are ready to strengthen their breaststroke. This session will focus on the breaststroke kick, technique drills, and then applying these skills to the full stroke. Video analysis and coach demonstrations will help swimmers learn the key elements of the Olympians’ breaststroke.
