This clinic is designed to introduce and develop competitive diving skills for Mini & Bronze swimmers. The focus will be on building confidence, proper technique, and progression toward performing quality starts from the starting blocks. Swimmers will learn fundamental diving mechanics, participate in skill progressions, and receive demonstrations and instruction to help improve their starts.
