Whether your swimmer wants practice off the starting blocks or wants to learn a head-first dive, this camp is for them. This swim camp is designed for Silver and Bronze level swimmers who want to gain more experience and confidence diving from either the starting blocks or the pool edge.
During the clinic, swimmers will learn grab start and backstroke start progressions through coach demonstrations and guided practice. Video analysis and coaching feedback will also be provided to help swimmers refine their technique and build confidence in their starts.
