Our specialized camp, Inside the Rings: The 5th Stroke, is dedicated entirely to mastering the elements that happen off the wall and underwater. This program will give swimmers the technical tools and focused practice necessary to turn their walls and underwaters into the fastest part of every race. Cory Beatt who coached at 2000 Para Olympics and 2004 Olympics will be leading this camp with our team Olympians coaches. The session will be broken into 30 minutes of on deck learning and demonstration along with 45 minutes of in water practice. We hope to see you there!
