Turn Skills Workshop – 75 min
Includes a 15-minute prep session with video and photo demos. Focus on flip turns (freestyle) and touch turns (breaststroke & butterfly), covering approach, wall positioning, and exit.
Who: Bronze & Silver groups
Goal: Build confidence and strong fundamentals. Skills are broken into clear steps, with live demonstrations and personalized feedback throughout.
