New Swimmer Assessment
Terms & Conditions for New Swimmer Assessment
By registering for and participating in the Olympians Swimming New Swimmer Assessment, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Acknowledgment of Minimum Safety Standards
You acknowledge and confirm that the swimmer for whom you are registering meets the minimum safety standards required for this assessment. These standards are in place to ensure the safety of all participants and include:

The swimmer is comfortable and safe in deep water.

The swimmer is able to swim with their face in the water.

The swimmer can complete a minimum of 25 meters of swimming unassisted.
2. Consequences of Not Meeting Standards
You understand and accept that if the swimmer does not demonstrate the ability to meet the minimum safety standards during the assessment, they will be removed from the session immediately. This decision is at the sole discretion of the coaching staff and is non-negotiable.
3. Non-Refundable Fee
You acknowledge that the assessment registration fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether the swimmer completes the assessment session.
4. Parent/Guardian Responsibility
You confirm that as the parent or legal guardian, you will be present during the entire assessment session to supervise your child and address any issues that may arise. You agree to watch the session from the designated viewing area.
5. Release of Liability
You agree to release and hold harmless Olympians Swimming, its coaches, staff, and volunteers from any and all liability, including but not limited to injuries, property damage, or other losses, incurred during the assessment session.
By proceeding with registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
